Delete my Account

You can permanently delete your Loyt account and all associated data at any time.

To request account deletion, please send an email from the email address associated with your Loyt account to:

with the subject line: "Delete my Loyt account"

Once we receive your request, your account and all related data will be permanently deleted within 48 hours.

If you have an active subscription, please ensure it is cancelled via your Apple ID settings before requesting account deletion.
